1. Only 60,000 raffle tickets printed. Tickets are not tax deductible. The total prize package is valued at $80,000.00 including HST. Winning ticket entries will be hand drawn at the “Wild Wild West” Hoedown 2010. All valid tickets are eligible for all draws in accordance with these rules and regulations.

2. Tickets are sold in packages of three (3) for twenty dollars ($20.00). Individual tickets are not available. Odds of winning depend of the number of tickets sold.

3. All prizes will be delivered, free of charge, to their winners.

4. The Final Draws will be held on September 18, 2010 commencing at approximately 9:00 pm EST. The location will be the Magna Corral located off Wellington Street between Bayview Avenue and Leslie Street. Tickets must be purchased before 9:00 pm on Saturday September 18, 2010, to be eligible for the Final Draws. The draw order for all draws will be from the prize of least value to the prize of highest value. After each winner is recorded, the winning stub is returned to the drum and is eligible for all subsequent draws.

5. Prizes must be accepted as awarded. No substitutions are permitted by winners.

6. Ticket purchasers must be a minimum of 18 years of age. Tickets will be sold only in the Province of Ontario.

7. All winners will be announced at the Magna “Wild Wild West” Hoedown 2010. The winners do not need to be present to win. If not present, winners will be contacted by telephone and instructed on how to collect their prize(s).

8. Post-dated cheques will not be accepted as payment for tickets. Payment must be received in full by cash or credit card for ticket purchases to be valid. In the event of a cheque returned by the bank or invalid credit card payment, the ticket price must be paid in full in advance of the Final Draws before the ticket will be validated.

9. Winners agree to use their name and photo for publicity purposes with respect to this lottery. The Liability of the licensee of this lottery shall be limited to the purchase price of the tickets ($20.00).

10. A complete list of winners will be available upon request. Winners agree to the publication of their winning ticket number (s), their name and city of residence. A list of winners may be published in a newspaper and may be posted on the Hoedown website at www.hoedown.ca.
